Each year we support the community by participating in a variety of activities.
 
In the fall we participate in the Katy Rice Festival and parade. |
In February, each year, we help the FFA with the Katy Rodeo and parade. We participate in the parade and sell and collect the tickets. |
Each year to post provides parking control for the Rotary Club of Katy annual Triathlon. |
Our post and auxiliary provide support to Hutsell Elementary School during the year and each Christmas we donate gifts of toys and clothing for the students. |
Each year the post and auxiliary contribute Christmas gifts and funds for a Christmas dinner to veteran families needing assistance through the Katy Veterans Clinic and Katy Christian Ministries. |
The post supports local Cub and Girl scout troops by providing meeting space. We also provide meeting and monetary support to the local Sea Cadet Unit. |
Each year we celebrate Flag Day by presenting the history of the American Flag to local schools. |
Each Veterans Day the post and Color Guard visit many schools and businesses to provide honors and informa6tion about Veterans Day. |
Over the year the post and auxiliary distribute Buddy Poppies to the public. |
